All types of Zotov.Card are valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
You can activate your card within 30 days of purchase.
Family and Privilege level cards can be activated within 45 days of purchase.
To access discounts and benefits, present your plastic Zotov.Card when visiting the Centre or enter your personal promo code for online purchases on the Centre’s website or in the Zotov.Veshch! bookshop.
The Zotov.Card is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
The trial period is available only to new members of the loyalty programme.

You can activate your Zotov.Card online by filling out the form in your account on our website, or in person at the Centre’s information desk during opening hours. To activate your card in person, you’ll need to show ID and complete the registration form. If you purchased your card online, please retain your order number and payment receipt.
No, the Zotov.Card is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Yes. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided that you have not used any discounts or benefits and have not activated the card. If you purchased your Zotov.Card at the Centre’s ticket desk, please speak to a member of staff during your visit.
Yes. You can purchase any Zotov.Card as a gift, either online or at the Centre during opening hours.
Your discounts and benefits will still apply. You can request a replacement plastic card for an additional fee.
Yes. You can join the loyalty programme and enjoy all the privileges without receiving a plastic card.
